You may not have noticed, but Herman is the first member to join this blog, after an invitation was sent to six Chapter 65 NARFE members. Herman has been in the forefront of so many of our activities at Chapter 65, that it's time again to say, "Thank you!" Co-webmasters Martha and Dianne paid a tribute to Herman in one of our earliest web postings, and we're happy to say once again, "Hats Off to Herman"!!
